Environmental Reporting Form
Environmental Reports can be generated based on Jobs produced or Sales Orders shipped in a specific date range. The reports list all of the lowest level components either used in the production Jobs or contained in the products shipped on the Sales Orders, including CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) level regulatory components. With Item Master user-defined fields able to track the status of components on various regulatory lists, the reports can be filtered to display only those components necessary for regulatory reporting. The Environmental Reporting feature in Deacom supports reporting requirements for emission of HAPS (Hazardous Air Pollutants) during production, relative to vessel or facility permits, and hazardous contents of products shipped to customers. In any report output, clicking the "View Detail" button will open the Item Master for that part in view mode.

Start Date |
The date that the report results begin calculating. |

The date that the report results finish calculating. |
Bill-to Company |
Only available when "Report Type" is set to "Sales Shipment Detail" or "Sales Shipment Summary". Search field used to select the Bill-to Company to which Sales Orders were billed. |
Ship-to Company |
Only available when "Report Type" is set to "Sales Shipment Detail" or "Sales Shipment Summary". Search field used to select a Ship-to Company to which Sales Orders were shipped. |
Dangerous Good |
Only available when "Report Type" is set to "Regulatory On Hand". Search field used to select a Dangerous Good. |
Shop Area |
Only available when "Report Type" is set to "Jobs Produced". Search field used to select a Shop Area in which production occurred. |
Facility |
Search field used to select the Facility in which production occurred, items are stored, or materials were shipped. |
Facility Group |
Search field used to select the Facility Group in which production occurred, items are stored, or materials were shipped. |
Location Type |
Only available when the "Report Type" is set to "Regulatory Onhand". Filters for inventory within the Location Type selected.
